Planning & Implementing an LDAR Program

This presentation is geared towards environmental professionals who want to learn about Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR).  LDAR is primarily an air compliance issue, but many people forget waste regulations include an LDAR requirement too.  The primary concepts for the presentation are: understanding the regulatory basis, typical monitoring methods, and program management.  Some common compliance issues and challenges will be discussed.  The presentation is a fast paced overview of common LDAR program components.  The emphasis is on understanding the requirements and compliance tools.  Attendees will have an opportunity to ask more detailed questions at the end of the presentation.
