Lesson planning is much more than just writing down information about the course. It also involves selecting the training format, method of instruction and media to use for differing audiences types of learning needed. Then, there is the need to develop tests to confirm that the learning objectives are achieved and to demonstrate the student’s accomplishment. But wait!...as the TV spiel goes: this should have been done long before you started writing the lesson plan! You will learn the reasons this is true, and how you should use them as a continuous improvement tool for your courses.
