This presentation will address the rationale for developing and implementing an Environmental Health and Safety Management of Change process. It will include definitions and principles associated with that process as well as include several real life scenarios. The presentation will address different types of change management as well as workflows related to introduction of chemicals, processes, equipment and new personnel. The presentation will include several MOC examples and provide 10 simple steps to conduct an EHS Review. The discussion will also include descriptions and examples of several levels of change and present key processes, tools, learnings and benefits.
