Aerosol Can Proposed Rule

This spring 2018, EPA published a proposed rule to make aerosol cans universal waste.  Aerosol cans are regulated differently by different states. This presentation will explore the current regulatory state of aerosol cans and the potential effects of making them universal waste nationally.
