Conflict Minerals 101: Understanding your Obligations Under Dodd-Frank Act

In this session, the speaker will explore emerging conflict mineral regulations, including section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Act.  He will help attendees determine if the regulation applies to their companies and detail a company's obligations should it determine that conflict minerals in its supply chain originated in one of the covered countries.
