Vapor Intrusion is a hot-button topic for many developers and their consultants, architects, engineers and contractors. Addressing Vapor Intrusion is critical for development of brownfield sites. USEPA has updated its 2002 guidance for Vapor Intrusion and mitigation, as have several other states, including New Jersey, one of the most restrictive states. Meanwhile, the Interstate Technology & Regulatory Council (ITRC) is preparing new guidance for addressing petroleum-related vapors, guidance that may recommend considerably less restrictive ways to address vapor sampling and mitigation requirements for petroleum discharges.
This program will bring attendees up to date on this important subject.
