Limited Quantity — Converting from Consumer Commodity to Limited Quantity (The Effects of HM-215K)

This course explores the regulatory relief of the Hazardous Materials/Dangerous Goods transportation Regulations through the Limited Quantity and the ORM-D Consumer Commodity exceptions, the recent changes (HM215K) to the Limited quantity exception and the phase out of the ORM-D class, and the impact of the changes. Real world examples and  experiences are used.
