For the past 15 years Mr. Sorrells has developed and provided the NEPA strategy for Missile Defense Agency’s activities. Mr. Sorrells has a BSCE from VMI and a MEM in Engineering Management, with a concentration in Energy and Environmental Management, from GWU.
