Trends and Considerations for Achieving OSHA and Local Regulatory Compliance Throughout the Multiple Site Enterprise

Companies with multiple sites are faced with a myriad of issues including both OSHA and local EH&S and hazmat regulatory compliance requirements.  In this session, Mr. Tyson and Mr. Powell will address the multiple layers of issues that companies face and the steps they need to be taking and considering when interpreting OSHA's vast regulatory landscape.  In addition, Mr. Tyson will offer an in-depth overview of OSHA’s most recent Site-Specific Targeting (SST) Plan, and Mr. Powell will discuss recent changes to OSHA's Hazard Communication Standard and the role of comprehensive inventory management in compliance programs.
