	The catastrophic October 2017 California Fire Siege in the north state, followed by the devastating December 2017 Thomas Fire in Southern California, set the stage for one of the largest debris removal operations in California history.  Well over 2 million tons of ash and debris were removed from the sites of nearly 7,000 homes and businesses.  As the Deputy State Coordinating Officer charged with oversight of the operation, Eric Lamoureux will share his experiences and lessons learned from the complex operation that involved both State and Federal contractors operating across eight counties for more than six months.
