Biographical Sketch: Dr. H N Chanakya, is the Chief Research Scientist at Centre for Sustainable Technologies at Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. His R&D interests include waste and wastewater treatment and recycling for a more Sustainable Planet. Currently advises the Karnataka State Pollution Control Board, Department of Biotechnology, Government of India and Department of Science and Technology, Government of India and on various committees towards issues of wastes.
