Biographical Sketch: Sean is the Waste Services Manager for GHD (formerly Conestoga-Rovers & Associates) and has over 20 years of regulatory and environmental remediation experience. Prior to joining GHD, he spent eight years as a regulator with the Indiana Department of Environmental Management. In addition to general waste services, Sean manages treatment, storage, and disposal facility (TSDF) vendor audit programs for several national clients.
