Biographical Sketch: Patricia J. Hlavka, MS, CSP, has been a CSP since 1990. She has an MS in Safety from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. She has been the Safety Coordinator in the Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology at Mayo Clinic Rochester since 2008.
