Biographical Sketch: Dr. H. Lakshmikantha is currently Environmental Officer at Karnataka State Pollution Control Board, Manipal, Karnataka. He has conducted several projects and has published many papers concerning environmental issues. He has organized several workshops, seminars and conferences on Hazardous Materials Management. He is an active member of ACHMM-India Chapter and has attended AHMP National Conference two times.
