Biographical Sketch: Dr. James Harless, CHMM has over 40 years experience in the environmental consulting industry. His areas of expertise are brownfields redevelopment, contaminated site management, environmental due diligence and liability management, hazardous materials management, regulatory compliance, waste management, and litigation support. His recent experience is in the design, management, cleanup, and financing of large, award-winning, brownfield redevelopment projects. He is helping lead the effort to Save the Bomber Plant and restore it as an aviation museum.
