This presentation will discuss ways to include varied operations within a company to perform a Risk Assessment for a construction project.  It will demonstrate how departments outside of safety should be integrated in the process from the initial request for proposal, all the way through construction activities and project close out.  Ownership and involvement are integral to any successful safety program, and this presentation will demonstrate some ways to get more groups and professionals involved in the program to ensure success and teamwork.  Specific programs utilized on a project will be discussed to provide better understanding how it might be implemented at different companies.  Risk assessment opportunities will be discussed in procurement, security, construction activities, and driver safety.  After the presentation, attendees will have the tools to team with departments in their own companies to create a safe and healthy work place on a construction project from start to finish.
