Biographical Sketch: Charles L. Stebbins, CPG, CHMM, LSRP, is a Senior Project Manager with Dewberry. Mr. Stebbins has over 25 years of professional experience working in the environmental industry, primarily in site investigation and remediation. His career has mainly focused on supporting the design and construction of large infrastructure improvement projects in New Jersey, as well as the greater Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. Mr. Stebbins has considerable expertise in overseeing linear construction projects in New Jersey. He has worked in the field of hazardous materials management since 1991 and has been responsible for the management and cleanup of numerous contaminated sites. Mr. Stebbins was among the first group of individuals in New Jersey to become licensed under the LSRP program.
Mr. Stebbins earned a bachelor’s degree in geology from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey and a master’s degree in construction management from Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, New Jersey. He is a Certified Professional Geologist and a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager.
