Highly successful program and project leader as demonstrated in progressive and diverse Environment, Health, and Safety management and operations roles Dynamic leadership in development and implementation of risk and compliance programs and projects, compliance and systems auditing/inspection, performance-based EHS training design, exposure and risk characterization • Creation and management of integrated risk-based EHS programs for research, manufacturing, facility trades/operations, environmental investigation/ remediation, decommissioning, emergency response • Development and implementation of national and international auditing programs (including Lead Audit role); compliance, pre-certification, and management systems in manufacturing, research, field services, commercial, and academic settings. Included ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and proprietary protocols. • Development and implementation of extensive hazard / risk assessments and exposure characterizations for manufacturing, chemical/biological research, industrial/plant safety, hazardous site operations, ergonomics. Speaker at national conferences for training design, and national committee for professional certification questions in qualification exam (CET). • Extensive management and support for environmental compliance including, wastewater operations, air permit (minor source), LQG/SQG status, SPCC, Phase I/II environmental assessment/remediation oversight.
