Biographical Sketch: Mr. VanAssche is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Michigan and Certified Hazardous Materials Manager and has nine years of experience in the air quality engineering field working on a variety of air quality permitting, compliance, and modeling activities. Mr. VanAssche has worked on a variety of projects in various states including Texas, Colorado, Oklahoma, North Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, New Mexico, Wyoming, California, Idaho, Washington, Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Indiana and on Tribal Lands in the manufacturing, energy utility and petroleum sectors. Specific activities have included multi-media compliance auditing, permit application development, air permit deconstruction, management of source stack testing efforts, major source initial and renewal permitting, emissions calculations, emissions inventories, BACT analysis, air dispersion and deposition modeling, storage tank emissions modeling and regulatory compliance including industrial boiler and internal combustion engine NESHAP evaluations. Mr. VanAssche has been heavily involved in oil and gas midstream and downstream facility permitting and compliance activities. Mr. VanAssche is an expert on midstream facility compliance issues including NSPS K, Ka, Kb, GG, KKK, LLL, IIII, JJJJ, KKKK, OOOO and NESHAP H, HH, HHH, and ZZZZ, Federal GHG reporting and emissions inventories.
