Biographical Sketch:
Ms. Kelsey Curran is a Certified Industrial Hygienist and consultant for Clover Leaf Solutions, Inc., in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Ms. Curran earned a Bachelor of Science in Cell Biology, and a Master’s Degree in Environmental Health & Safety, both from the University of Minnesota at Duluth. Throughout her career, she has worked extensively to identify workplace hazards and to develop the consequence scenarios associated with hazard analysis, safety assessments, and primary hazard screens, and is well-versed in readiness reviews, consequence analysis, and compliance auditing techniques. Ms. Curran has extensive experience in both chemical dispersion modeling and Air Quality Compliance permitting and regulations. Ms. Curran possesses a thorough working knowledge of the conventional analytical codes and modeling techniques used in the analysis and prediction of pollutant concentrations necessary to regulatory reporting and risk assessment. She currently serves as Chair of the Albuquerque-Bernalillo County Joint Air Quality Control Board, representing the City of Albuquerque. While a member of the Air Quality Control Board, Ms. Curran has also served two terms as a non-voting advisory member to both the Mid-Region Council of Governments Transportation Task Group and the Transportation Coordinating Committee. Ms. Curran is also the President-Elect for the New Mexico Society for Hazardous Materials Managers. Over the last ten years, Ms. Curran has supported hazard analyses for such notable clients as Sandia National Laboratories, General Electric, Materion Corporation, Ethicon Endo-Surgery (a Johnson & Johnson corporation), Louisiana-Pacific (a press board manufacturer based in Two Harbors, Minnesota), and Stora-Enzo (a pulp paper mill based in Duluth, Minnesota).
