Biographical Sketch: Regina McMichael, CSP, CET is President of The Learning Factory, Inc., an education and training design and delivery company with a focus on safety and risk management. Prior to running her own business, Regina worked for Zurich Services Corporation as the head of customer education for risk engineering. She has 25 years’ experience in safety and health training. She has hands-on expertise in the research, writing and production of training manuals, videos and articles. She is a frequent conference speaker, committee moderator, published author and content expert witness. Regina is a former AGC and NAHB staff member and consultant to the AGC, NAHB, NLBMDA, SMACNA, NECA, ARTBA, BPI and MHI.
