Biographical Sketch: Jonathan Klane, M.S.Ed., CIH, CHMM, CET is the Assistant Director of Safety Programs for the Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University. His responsibility is to elevate the safety culture for the 6 engineering schools, including about 300 labs and faculty and 17,000 students.
He has a Masters in Adult Education and is a CIH, CHMM, and CET. He owns Klane’s Education Information Training Hub, LLC (KEITH, LLC), a consulting/training company.
He has over 25 years of experience as a trainer, professor, and consultant. He was also a faculty member at Thomas College in their Graduate Program teaching OHS, Risk Assessment and Management, Training, Wellness, Marketing, Organizational Theory and Behavior, and Conflict Management.
He has presented over 100 times at conferences across North America. He authored a book, several textbook chapters, many articles, and developed and presented many on-line webinars on training, wellness, and health and safety topics.
