Biographical Sketch: Global Environmental Health & Safety Professional recognized for unique interpersonal and effective management skills, effectively establishing a cooperative relationship within the organizational culture. Over 25 – years of experience in development of cross function teams to achieve results with an operational focus meeting the needs of the staff, while not forgetting the goals in corporate suite. Results-driven professional with experience in RCRA Permitted Facility Management, development of health safety, and environmental management systems, and directing experience in recycling facilities. Certified Lead Auditor for EMS, QMS, and OHSAS as well as certified Compliance and Waste disposal site auditor with RABQSA. Currently Dwight is spending time assisting industrial clients in meeting their compliance obligations and conducting certification audits for EMS and specialty certifications related to electronics waste (both the e-Stewards and Responsible Recycling standards). He currently conducts certifications audits for NSF International and Orion Registrars. Participates in several industry groups and associations on a National and Regional Level such as: the Alliance of Hazardous Materials Professionals (AHMP) - Board of Directors, Environmental Bankers Association - Risk Management Committee, Institute of Hazardous Materials Management (IHMM), Environmental Professionals of Arizona, Southern Arizona Environmental Management Society, California Waste Association (CWA), California Manufacturers Trade Association (CMTA), Thunderbird Chapter ACHMM, and South Pacific Chapter AHMP.
