Biographical Sketch: Frank Marine, President, TM Deer Park Services Limited Partnership. He assumed the role of President in January, 2009 after serving 4 years as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Frank earned a B.S Degree in Chemical Engineering from Newark College of Engineering in Newark, NJ. His early career experience included working in Northeast and Gulf Coast territories for a large national chemical company. He also worked for a number of chemical process equipment companies including his own sales business for 8 years. Frank joined the Hazardous Waste business in 1987. His waste experience includes sales, sales management, and national account management with firms in the incineration, inorganic wastewater treatment, biological wastewater, hazardous fuel blending, and cement kiln markets. He currently represents Texas Molecular on the Deer Park Community Advisory Council. He also serves on the environmental committee of the Society of Chemical Manufacturers and Affiliates (SOCMA). Frank has established Texas Molecular membership and participation in industry and client interest organizations including the American Galvanizers Association, the United States Business Council on Sustainable Development, and the American Coal Ash Association. He has testified before Texas House and Senate committees numerous times on environmental legislation. Frank is married to wife, Joan (40 years). He has one daughter and two wonderful grandsons.
