Dare to Lead

Research continues to show that effective leadership is the key to developing a stong safety culture and make a difference.  The issue lies in the belief that corporate greed and the lack of true leaders create a climate of distrust with resulting poor safety performance.  Employees usually do not leave a company, they leave a manager/leader.  Leadership is a learned skill and we have to develop leaders that realize the value of people and know how to treat them with dignity and respect.  Great leaders also know how to surroung themselves with great employees and how to keep them actively engagaged.  Both of which are key to an organizations success and keeping a competitive advantage.  This session will look at some key factors is developing leadership skills.
