Biographical Sketch: Steve Nelson is a Project Manager with the Austin Public Works Department with 25 years of environmental experience. He manages a rotation list of consulting firms providing environmental services to all City Departments, manages Capital Improvement projects, and provides oversight of the City’s asbestos, lead paint and mold programs.
