Biographical Sketch:
Mr. McCormack has over 10 years of environmental consulting experience, including six years of active project management. Mr. McCormack has participated in the response, mitigation, monitoring, sampling, and closure of over 100 releases for numerous clients within the petroleum, chemical, manufacturing, and rail transportation sectors. Mr. McCormack has six years of experience preparing and submitting facility-specific environmental permits (e.g., National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permits), preparing programs, performing environmental assessments, developing compliance, pollution control and environmental emergency response plans (e.g., Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan, Facility Response Plan (FRP), etc). Mr. McCormack has experience operating within the Incident Command System (ICS) representing his clients in the Environmental Unit at Incident Command during two of the largest environmental responses in US history. Mr. McCormack has experience conducting industrial hygiene monitoring and developing work plans, site health and safety plans, and job-specific safety hazard analyses for use at work sites.
