Biographical Sketch: Mark Baumgardner, CHMM is the principal of Mark Baumgardner Managment Consulting LLC. His firm specializes in the improvement of processes and the development of people to achieve organizational objectives while advancing environmental and safety management practices. During his 30 year career, Mr. Baumgardner has held positions with The Ohio EPA, in industry and as a consultant. Mr. Baumgardner is a CHMM and a Fellow of the Institute of Hazardous Materials Management. He has served two terms as President of the Northeast Ohio Chapter of Hazardous Materials Managers. He is also Chairperson of the AHMP Governmental Affairs Committee.
