Biographical Sketch: Joe Jenkins has over 30 years of experience in petroleum geology, EH&S consulting, and environmental management. He has been with Black Hills Corp. as an environmental engineer for the last 20 years. He supports BHC’s operations in eight Midwestern states providing multi-media environmental support.
