Biographical Sketch: Regina McMichael, CSP, CET is President of The Learning Factory, Inc., an education and training design and delivery company with a focus on safety and risk management. Prior to running her own business, Regina worked for Zurich Services Corporation as the head of customer education for risk engineering. She has 23 years’ experience in the safety and health field, and 21 years of experience in the delivery and development of professional safety and health educational programs. She has hands-on expertise in the research, writing and production of training manuals, videos and articles. She is a frequent conference speaker, committee moderator, published author and content expert witness.
