Biographical Sketch: Mr. Wheeler is Project Director at Garrett Consulting, Inc. He has a BS in Environmental Science from Indiana University and over 25 years of experience in environmental remediation. He specializes in remediation of metals-impacted sites, and for the last several years, has been working on Best Management Practice projects on Trap & Skeet ranges across the country.
