Biographical Sketch: Mr. Bowman holds a MS in Public Health from Texas A&M’s Health Science Center’s School of Rural Public Health and is the Environmental Training Program Coordinator for the Texas Engineering Extension Service (TEEX). He has over 28 years’ experience in regulatory compliance, environmental management, and emergency response activities.
