Trainers are often tasked with confirming the effectiveness of training. One way to do this is to incorporate an assessment, or test, at the end of the training session. The post-test is one way to show what the student has learned and can correctly recall and/or apply. This session will provide the general construct of various types of questions and when they should be used. It will also allow for practicing and developing questions in a group setting.
