Effective Training Techniques

This presentation will present the Instructional Technology Techniques required to effectively instruct adult learners in the workplace. This presentation will stress the importance of preparation and organization, the training facility (learning environment), and participant comfort. This presentation will List and Describe Effective Adult Instruction Strategies such as lecture, discussion, role playing, case studies, etc. This presentation will describe the effective use of presentation aids such as Power Point Presentations, Video, Participant Workbooks, pass-around examples, etc. This presentation will List and Describe the Unique Characteristics of Adult Learners. The presentation will also address the importance of “Train The Trainer” Programs, Practice, the use of Learning Objectives, and Course Outlines.

At the conclusion of this presentation, attendees will be able to:
