Biographical Sketch: Stewart Kirshner has more than fifteen years of experience. He started out as a field service technician then while working as a lab-pack chemist was a member of an ERT dealing with highly hazardous and reactive materials. He is the Environmental Country Manager on a DoD contract in Afghanistan.
