Biographical Sketch: Heather Ingraham, CHMM, has over fifteen (15) years of industrial and consulting experience. Heather is RABSQA Certified ISO 14001 (EMS) Lead Auditor trained and has assisted clients with recognizing regulatory issues and implementing/managing compliance programs in all regulatory areas, including implementation of ISO 14001 programs and OHSAS 18001 programs.
