Hazardous Materials Safety – The Simple “Facts of Life”

This program examines several issues that face all responders to dangerous chemical spills. These facts are crucial to protecting a responder’s life in any emergency. The session will examine each principle which illustrates the real need for a sound, practical approach to successfully handling an emergency. Many of these lessons have been learned in the street at the cost of lives. Recognizing these facts will develop the right attitude to safety at any chemical emergency.
