Environmental Management System in the Renewable Energy Industry

Within our company culture, Management Systems are considered very critical to the overall performance of our process. We are in the renewable energy industry with Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety Management Systems Certifications. The presentation would include Environmental (ISO14001 and ISO 14064) and Health & Safety Management Systems (OHSAS 18001) implementation in our projects. Some of our projects in the US include: The World’s largest Concentrated Solar Power (CSP) plant with Thermal Energy Storage (TES) in Arizona, Second generation Bioethanol plant in Kansas, Photovoltaic solar plant in California, Natural gas-fueled combined cycle electric power generating plant in Oregon, Waste to energy project in Arizona, Cogeneration power plant in Texas.

The technology, MS implementation, auditing process, EHS practices of all our projects will be presented in this conference. Determination of what types of EHS and economic conditions are necessary in order for a renewable energy project to be successful will be discussed in the presentation.
