Managing environmental permits, licenses and registrations – federal, state, regional, local – is a daunting task for retailers.  We can all share permitting horror stories. The data confirms the nightmare we all anecdotally know to be true but also reveals interesting and perhaps helpful insights. Small and large group interaction (prediction game) to share experiences and examine multi-year statistics on the myriad of environmental permits, registrations, licenses, certificates, and their renewals retailers must manage.

The current regulatory environment nationwide is ever changing causing more and more facility assets to be regulated. This raises the following questions for any retailer:  Are you aware of all the regulated assets in your facilities?
