Traditional health and safety risk assessments focus on hazard identification. But what if the hazards are not physical or chemical? What if they are cultural? In this session, we will examine systems that degrade trust and credibility, learn the most effective methods to identify latent elements that signal a culture at risk, and take away tools to minimize these cultural pressures. Participants will leave with a greater ability to identify the pit-falls in their plant’s safety program, and the logic-based tools necessary to build an organization of balance and long-term success.
