OSHA 300 LOG - The Paper Work, Case Studies, and Audience Participation

This session will briefly review common mistakes made on filling out the OSHA 300, 300A and 301 forms.  Next it will review some "interesting" cases that people may see.  This will set the stage for the participants to challenge the presenter in unique cases that they have had.  If the participants think that their case is extremely unique and may need some investigation, they are welcome to submit thier querry to Bruce Donato at bdonato@kafirstaid.com ahead of time.
