Urban Legends in the EHS Field

HAZCOM Training is required annually!!!  How many times have you heard this?  Is this accurate?

An urban legend is something that is stated as a fact and automatically everyone believes it.  The EHS field is full of urban legends!

Come and participate in an interactive session to determine what is really an EPA, OSHA, or DOT requirement and get the references to back-up the answers.  This is a wonderful program to come to if you ever have people ask you these urban legends and you just aren't sure of the answer.
