Measuring Leading Indicators of Safety Performance

Leading Indicators of Safety are the steps an organization takes in order to improve future safety performance. It is vital that safety management be able to measure leading indicators in the workplace in order to achieve organizational safety performance goals. This presentation will define leadining indicators of safety in the workplace, describe different methods to measure leading indicators of safety in the workplace, and improve the measurement of leading indicators of safety back at their individual work sites.

At the conclusion of this presentation, attendees will be able to:

a) Define Leadining Indicators of Safety in the Workplace
