Biographical Sketch: Ms. Lawhorn is employed by Edgewater Technical Associates and specializes in transportation of hazardous materials and hazardous waste by highway and air. She has twenty years’ experience in the environmental field with concentrated experience in hazardous materials transportation, training, and auditing. She has been a virtual “hazmat hotline” to internal and external clients in the areas of hazardous materials/waste management, hazardous materials/waste transportation, and radioactive materials/waste transportation. She currently performs transportation functions at a large cleanup/restoration project site but continues to author and provide customized shipping training because she enjoys it.
