Biographical Sketch: Bob Veazie is President of People Powered Leadership (PPL) with a mission to help organizations develop high performance cultures through employee inclusion and empowerment. Bob most previous work before forming PPL was working as a senior consultant with Safety Performance Solutions for 2 years, a team working with clients to develop world-class safety with the principles and processes of People-Based Safety.
Speaker Bob Veazie has presented at many conferences this year including ASSE, NSC and
VPPPA as well as others. This presentation cames out of the Commitment Based Safety work
where it is essential for leaders to be generative in their organizations and develop the trust
essential for highest employee performance. Bob is a season speaker that connects with all
