Biographical Sketch: John West, PE CHMM is a senior environmental engineer working on the Environmental Protection Agency Region 8 Superfund Technical Assessment and Response Team (START) contract. Mr. West has been a responder on the START contract for 7 years and has been involved with numerous emergency responses. He is also a project manager for Brownfields ESAs and SPCC/FRP inspections.
