Biographical Sketch: Dr. Kind is Director of Toxicology at CTEH. Dr. Kind serves as a responding toxicologist in the Toxicology Emergency Response Program and has been on over 40 emergency responses in the last five years involving a wide range of chemicals and potential health issues.
