Biographical Sketch: Ms. Swan is employed by the Materials & Energy Corporation at Hanford (a U.S. Department of Energy site) in Richland, Washington. She holds an MS in Environmental Management from the University of San Francisco, is a Project Management Professional and a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager. She has served in various environmental and waste management positions over the past 25 years. She is the 2012 VP of the Eastern Washington Chapter of the Academy of Certified Hazardous Materials Managers and was the VP of Professional Development for the Mid-Columbia Leadership Development Association in 2011.
