Biographical Sketch: Meredith O’Brien has assisted in the development of hazard surveys and hazards assessments for multiple DOE facilities with operational emergency base and hazardous material programs. She also has experience with categorization and classification, as well as procedure and checklist development for Emergency Operations Centers. Meredith has worked with local emergency response agencies during the pilot programs for AlphaACT HAZMAT and has helped to lead multiple crisis decision-making training and exercise events.
